All purchases made at STARRDUM are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds will not be issued except in the cases described below.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
